my husband called them the only thing they keep telling him is that it still in processing time we call this morning and they're saying the same thing my daughter is doing Sergey and my husband expedite the i130 am praying to get approved

@Tish L. did they already asked for Medical? I am literally at 22 months early may and I haven't receive medical or interview and I reached out and they telling me the same thing and that I can reach back out April 2024 when it's outside of normal processing time whilst their site said 22 months which I brought to their attention then gonna say 80% of the cases are completed within 22 months and I might not be in that 80%..... I am exhausted

my i130 is at Nebraska and it says 14 months so I don't know what's going on

and this is what I mean when I say unfair there is so much Baltimore filers who filed after us getting approved I can only imagine how you 21’ filers feel smh
