Eligibility category on I-765 for Fiancé
Hello,
Do you know if I can change the eligibility category from C6 to C9 on I-765 after the form is submitted?
My fiancé submitted the form with C6 eligibility category for fiancé but his K-1 visa expires soon. He has submitted I-485 for adjustment with I-765.

NVC Payment Rejection
A couple weeks ago we submitted the payments via the CEAC bank routing method, took a few days for payment to process, once we noticed that the link said paid for both patitioner and applicant we submitted all of the paper work and everything. Then a few days later after submitting all requested documents, we get an email saying our payment was rejected, please resubmit payment, or send proof of payment to an NVC email link. I checked our bank records and exported to a PDF file, the cleared payment records, and i spoke to the Bank of America fraud department which also confirmed the payments cleared. I then submitted proof of payments via the NVC email correspondance. Waited a few more days and got an email that said something like "Thank you... but NVC doesn't process your payments, visit pay.gov and you should expect a refund from them within 30's days if you made double payments. Please resubmit payment at CEAC online portal again, thank you". I resubmitted payment today, and we'll see what happens...This is crazy, and i'm using IE and i'm a network engineer, and some processes can be an uphill battle and very time consuming, although worth every penny :-)

So I uploaded my response to rfe on 18januari. last month a agent filled a service request which they didn’t respond too (in 30days) this morning I started a chat with an live agent:

biométrics appointment
Good Morning
On April 28, send the N400 and on May 5 we receive the appointment for the biometrics. I am very happy with how fast it is going. My question is, how long does it take to send the appointment for the interview?
I would also like to know what documents I should bring to the biometric appointment

And i130 approve but i485 denied because of RFE which is being appealed, my PD is in VA don’t know the time line, most people are saying 1 month
