what’s the earliest timemark I can start to sue USCIS-485 related?
my 485 is pending for 1 month+ after 130 is approved, I wonder what’s the earliest date I can start consulting lawyers to prepare writ of mandamus? is 1-year processing time the correct threshold here?

It’s like 16 months depending on your field office before you can even inquire.

1 year after filing you can sue USCIS on your own, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"
