Can anyone advise is it normal to wait this long
I have been waiting for my EAD and still did not receive it yet and also I did not hear back from the immigration just about the termination on my removal proceedings. have submitted my motion to terminate over three times nothing yet. any thoughts on or advise would be great. I’m anxious and been waiting and I also had my I-130 approved after the interview and I don’t understand what the wait.

I-130: Chat with Emma
If you want to know which service center your case is being processed, hit Emma. Here is the step by step process.
1. Just google "chat with emma" then click the first link you'll see (Meet Emma, our Virtual Assistant).
2. On the top right corner, click "Ask Emma"
3. In the chat box just type "Live Chat" then choose "Connect to Live Chat"
4. Click Connect to Live Chat again. (at some time, uscis receives a lot of inquiry so upon clicking, it might say something like "Please try again later, this service is currently down" even so, repeat step 3 onwards until they ask if you have an application or case with USCIS)
5. Click Yes if they ask you if you have a current application or case.
6. After that they will ask for your receipt number. Just put it in the chat box then hit the green button beside it. (you need to send it asap so the inquiry will push through or else you will go back to step 3)
7. After that, they will ask you to briefly state your question (you may put something like "Where is my case being processed?")
8. They will now connect you to a representative/agent. You can ask everything you want once connected. *Make sure to ready some important info's of the petitioner for verification (name,birthday,address,email address,mobile no.) for the inquiry to push through.
Note: If it happened your case is transferred to another service center, you will go by the new service center's processing times.

My wife’s I-131 never changed always said received and that status never changed. Well come to find out once we received the letter they processed both her Work Permit and Advance Parole. Card in Hand last Tuesday.
