online access code and mail notices
hello, I filed 130, 765 and 485. I have received mail notice for 130 and 765. according to informed delivery there’s one more on the way. I am guessing that’s the receipt for 485. I noticed the 130 and 765 mail receipt has no online access code. will the online access code be in the 485 form? or should I expect it in a espérâtes mail? if so can I use the one access code for the three forms while adding to USCIS account?
NVC payment rejected
I have already paid for my IV fees 10 days ago and I was trying to fill out my DS-260 forms, however, I have noticed that the payment status on my CEAC account changed back to pay now. I also have transaction Id. I do not know why the payment was rejected after 10 days. Can anybody helps me with it. Thanks
EAD taking 90+ days for C08 I765
Hi everyone!
Is anyone experiencing more than 90 days of delay for initial I-765 based on pending asylum category?
I didn't get any responses to my service requests which were created more than a month ago. It's weird to get your service request ignored for more than 30 days.

Date on I-751
Hi guys,
I was wondering what should be the date on the I-751 form? Can it be before the 90 day period but the application has to be received during this time?
I was wondering if I should sign it for 6/19 and they will receive it that same day or date it earlier? 6/19 will be the first day of the 90 day period for me.

My PD is current. Eb1c RoW. Our I485 petitions are at Albuquerque FO since 2/17.
Looks like long wait. No updates or No RFE yet. Submitted medical while filing. Case worked last @ 4/17 @Albuquerque FO per Emma live agent. Appreciate any experience on the time taken at Albuquerque FO or experiences at any FO on how much more days further it would take?

Case status not updating
writing to see if there’s anyone else with the same issue.
I received an RFE due to an issue with my medical exmes, but the status on USCIS page never reflected the RFE, it’s still saying it was transferred to another office (sep2022). RFE was received on Apr2023.
is this common?

National Guard here i come, My advise to everyone if your eligible join the National Guard or army reserves its only 1 weekend every month after u graduate, you will be a Citizen before u leave training.

Just sharing with you that after 458 days the best news arrived , my green card has been approved , do you know how many days after is mailed ? Also , when should I expect my wife and kids cards ? their medical examination records were sent to USCIS two months ago ?
