my status says “card was mailed to me” for 5 days now.. no tracking# and nothing on mail. is this normal?

i think there should be a ups tracking number. At least that was when i received my card.

You can call them to ask for it. My husband’s status was at Card was mailed to me without the tracking number for 4 days including the weekend. He got the card in the mail without any status update whatsoever.
