this is my question to. i am waiting for nvc to scheduled my f2b visa and green card interview appointment it's long to me . so will there be a problems if i apply a tourist visa ?

there is no problem to apply for a tourist via. nothing legal prevents you from applying for a tourist visa. so you both can try your luck even if it’s very unlikely you can get approved.
