what to bring to i485 interview

i130 is already approved. rfe for medical was sent two weeks ago and now received notification that interview is scheduled. not sure what documents to bring, do i need to bring marriage license birth certificates photos etc again?

COMBO CARD LOST IN MAIL

UPDATE!!! My address has been updated because all my receipts notice was resent to my new address. That's a confirmation that my address has been updated. This evening I got a notification that my card was delivered today but with the same tracking number and its not in my mail box again!!!! I am just tired of all this already. Is it possible that the card was resent using the same tracking number of its just am error...I am frustrated at this point 😩😩😩😩

EAD and Advance Parole

To August, September, October WAVA fillers Anyone had his working authorization or Advance Parole approved based on VAWA. Application made at Vermont Center during August, September and October 2022. I have been waiting 7 month now no EAD or AP.

I applied for asylum few years back and at the time I have agreed with my lawyer that I will pay a portion of the money when applying and the remaining after the interview Few years passed and I have decided now to withdraw my asylum. I have never gotten an interview. I asked the lawyer to withdraw the asylum and now he is asking me to pay him the remaining of the money even though I never had the interview Is that normal ? What should I do ?

How can I expedite my AP?? I sent documents and expedite letter on May 3rd and still no answer from USCIS!! Can I use lawyer just for expedite? It looks like USCIS is replying to lawyers but not to us. I’m not interested in emergency travel permit but expedite normal AP. This is frustrating. After Medical RFE

Hi everyone, I’m not entirely sure what I-485 stage I’m at right now. Perhaps someone could share their experience with me? I have already responded to the Medical RFE sent from Dallas FO and the message for “the request for evidence was received” was also posted on 5/5/23. However, when I asked the online live agent today (via Emma), I was told that my case is currently with NBC 🤔 From my understanding, the decision shall be made directly by FO officer after medical RFE is received by them. Does USCIS use Priority Mail for shipping EAD cards or is it for Green Cards only?

I remember for GC they would use Priority Mail. I wonder if it applies to EADs as well.

I received an RFIE from my I 131, requesting the marriage certificate and the I 94, I asked for expedite because my grandmother is very sick in Brazil. Will they take time to finalize the i 131 process? Does anyone know the deadline?
