UPDATE!!!
My address has been updated because all my receipts notice was resent to my new address. That's a confirmation that my address has been updated.
This evening I got a notification that my card was delivered today but with the same tracking number and its not in my mail box again!!!! I am just tired of all this already. Is it possible that the card was resent using the same tracking number of its just am error...I am frustrated at this point  😩😩😩😩
