After Medical RFE
Hi everyone,
I’m not entirely sure what I-485 stage I’m at right now. Perhaps someone could share their experience with me?
I have already responded to the Medical RFE sent from Dallas FO and the message for “the request for evidence was received” was also posted on 5/5/23. However, when I asked the online live agent today (via Emma), I was told that my case is currently with NBC 🤔
From my understanding, the decision shall be made directly by FO officer after medical RFE is received by them.
Can someone tell me why my case was transferred to NBC for review?

Don’t believe what Emma tells you. If you submitted your medical exam RFE to your field office, then that means your case is at the field office.
Hooefully you will be approved soon!

I kinda have the same issue. an agent told me mine is with FO and then I checked again and was told it’s at NBC.
