AOS I 485
my Priority date is current and it was out of normal processing time. So, I submitted the inquiry 15 days back, any suggestions when can I expect response from them.
my case is still in NBC confirmed from live agent today and was transferred from Nebraska to NBC IN OCT 2022.
please advise if anyone have been in same situation or experience.
Citizenship through military service
Just submitted my application for naturalization 2 days ago on the basis of qualifying militarily service. How long will it take before I naturalize? I already got my biometrics (fingerprints) done today. I showed up without appointment with my military ID and they fingerprinted me.

N400 interview with a pending I-751
Hello guys,
I had my combo interview today, I arrived the interview Centre with my spouse, I checked in, after some minutes of waiting, I was called in by an officer, my attorney informed the officer that I have a pending I-751 and the officer replied “I know” and requested that I wait while he takes my spouse in, he went in with my spouse for almost 35mins and came back to take me in, he asked me a bunch of questions mostly on my previous marriages and my children who are step children to my present spouse after which he proceeded with the N400 interview. when he was done he said to me, you passed the N400 test but I would have to look at your documents and will revert back to you by mail if I need additional information. he saw us off. when we went out my attorney said we did very good and rated our performance 9/10. Guys, I was surprised to get a stroke interview and will advise that anyone going for N400 interview with a pending I-751 should be prepared for such scenario.
I have check my app, nothing have change and will wait patiently for a positive outcome and please if anyone have similar experience , please kindly share your experience.

So I just got accepted in one of the top 10 school in the Country for IT. Classes starts next week.. and I applied for FAFSA and was denied. Yes I did receive my work permit and Social but my Financial Aid advisor told me that Homeland Security has not cleared me as a legal non resident yet! I am so broken and confused because I do not want to get caught up with a crazy expensive student loan payment! I really need help. Has anyone applied for financial aid and through what method? I am tired mentally and emotionally!
cancellation request for additional evidence
recently submitted my response to RFE for medical and proof of bonafide. 130 is being actively reviewed, i485 - cancellation of request for additional evidence, not sure what that means but I hope it’s good. anyone experiencing or experienced the same thing?
