Asking for advice 🙏
So long story short,
i-130 got approved 3 days ago then i-485 RFE for medical.
we did submit our medical on the interview date which was a year ago, laywer asked me to go and do a new one ( new medical form released ) and submit that.
now I’ve been married for almost 2 years ( anniversary in mid June) should i wait until my 2 years lapses and then submit the medical or submit as soon as am done with it.
I understand it might take long or longer if i wait, but at the same time waiting for a 10 years CG sounds worth the wait.
what you guys think 🤔.

I-824 pending
Waited over 2years for approved i-130 then had to file i-824 now another hell of time waiting over 9months and nothing is moving. USCIS literally playing with us. Sent multiple online inquiry, Physical letters to uscis, multiple online message called hundreds of time to speak with those stupid agents. This has litrally put me in depression. the result is absulately zero. The latest i did congressman inquiry they still not responding. Anyone has the same issue??

Emma is practically useless 2021 still no update on my I 130 rediculus
they request for evidence since November I upload the January 8 2023 and the status still remains as initial evidence was submitted they haven’t change the status to receive are anything spoke to multiple agent on Emma all they say your request is taking longer than usual please wait it have been 591 days and yet no update
Fort Myers FO Experience
Hi, I recently found out from emma agent that my case has been transferred from NBC to Fort Myers FO. i have two questions -
1. I wanted to ask if you had any experience with Fort Myers FO and how quickly they process the cases?
2. In General, when can i expect 131 and 485 to be approved?
here is timeline -
Jan 11, 20123 - filed 485, 131, 765
Feb 23 - Biometrics
Mar 22 - Transfer to Fort Myers FO
May 12 - EAD Approved
