rfe 60 days inquiry
hi guys, uscis says u can do an inquiry after 60 days when sending in RFE response.
has anyone done an inquiry and was it helpful? did uscis take action on ur case afterwards??

@Laura R-Y me and it wasn’t helpful at all .. I inquired 7 times .. it’s been 87 days since they received my medical.. they always respond with the same message ( the case is pending within the normal processing time) except yesterday they include that my medical RFE received and I have to continue waiting

they will only put a service request and you will continue waiting.

@Da al no they didn’t.. but they indicated that on the last email I received from them after a service request I put

@Laura r-y i did a SR April 26 at the time it I think it was 123 days or more cant remember the exact number, then monday i got approval of 130 which i saw on lawfully, when i check on line it was approve from 5/13, when i check i485 i see approval letter, tuesday i got an email from them to say they received the request and they approve my case. my card is been produced now so maybe it was the SR that i did hope this is helpfull, i feel so bad for all you guys who is waiting thats why i didnt want to say i was approve cause i know you guys been waiting a long time especially @roro April 2022

@A W OMG congratulations 🎉🎈🎊 so happy for you 🥹 .. today I requested to expedite the process I’ll see if they are going to approve my case or they will say unfortunately we can’t .. I know my day is going to be very soon but my dad cried again today.. I felt his tears like the knife.. it did cut my heart into a million pieces.. pray for me please 🙏
