Emma is practically useless 2021 still no update on my I 130 rediculus
they request for evidence since November I upload the January 8 2023 and the status still remains as initial evidence was submitted they haven’t change the status to receive are anything spoke to multiple agent on Emma all they say your request is taking longer than usual please wait it have been 591 days and yet no update

I uploaded the reference since January 8 I reach out to them by Emma and they said they said that thier seeing the upload that was made, but what concern me is fact that they still have status indicating that initial evidence request was sent but not received
