Biometric completed and case transferred to NBC from TSC
My PD is March 2nd, 2011. After many delays and issues,
we did a concurrent filing of 140 and 485 in EB3-2 in March,2023.
There was a RFE for 250 which was answered and it was approved in April.
485 receipt number - March 31
Biometrics for 485 - May 4th
Case was transferred to another office - May 17
Case was Transferred and new office has jurisdiction - May 18
I also had biometrics appointment on May 17th for I-765.
Case is now at National Benefits Center. Is there a way to know if it'll be transferred to field office? what can I expect next?

Any Quota for AOS vs Consular processing?
it is known that 10k green cards are available for EB-3 unskilled or other categories.
is there any quota within this Quota of 10k for Adjustment of status and consular processing ?
just to verify the info that 9k is allocated for adjustment of status and 1k is for consular processing?? is it true ?
Finally Approved!

What should I do if I found out I used an old passport photo for the green card application? 😭
the photo was used in my U.S. visa application two years ago(so probably uscis already has it in the system). but I didn’t realized that until recently. Anyone has any experience on this? should I contact uscis to update my photo? THANK YOU!
