submitted rfe and stuck
it’s been almost 1month since I submitted my rfe(original copy of marriage certificate)to uscis
and they taking so long just to approve i130 by reviewing rfe
how many of are in the same boat?????

how do I know my EB2-NIW category? and when can I change job?
My I-140 has been approved in December and my I-485 has been retrogressed (priority date May 2022).
I suppose my green card will be approved in August, how long should I stay in my current job to avoid problems if I decide to ask for citizenship after five years ?
