Biometrics completed and 485 Transferred to NBC from TSC
My PD is March 2nd, 2011. After delays for various reasons, we did a concurrent filing for I-140 in EB3 and 485 in March.
There was a RFE for 140 which was answered and got approval in April.
Received 485 Receipt number - March 31st, 2023
Biometrics(for 485) completed - May 4th
Case Transferred to Another office - May 17
Case was Transferred and new office has Jurisdiction - May 18th
We also had a biometrics appt. for I-765 on May 17th.
Case is now at National Benefits Center. Is there a way to know if it'll be transferred to field office ? What to expect next? #CasewasTransferred #485 #NBC #Biometrics
Case transferred to Portland Field Office
Through Emma I got to know my case was transferred to Portland, Maine FO on March 2, 2023 but yesterday I was told my application was received on May 16,2023. I am very confused. Can someone please explain me what does that mean??
Also does anyone know the processing time of this FO??
