New 131 receipt
I received another receipt notice for my i131 (advance patrol) after 7months of receiving the initial reciept notice. Has any one experienced this? what could this mean?

I-131 “Document was mailed to me” what does it mean?
Hi, everyone,
My husband’s two last updates for Advance Parole were:
May 17, 2023 “The post office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, because they couldn’t deliver it.”
and then May 17, 2023 “Document was mailed to me”.
We haven’t received neither the notice nor document. We made e-requests but are still waiting the answers.
Does anybody know what the last status means? Is it approval and they sent AP or something’s wrong?
I’m confused because recently I got update of my I-131, and it was fully cleared for understanding: “we produced your AP” and “case was approved”.

no approvals next week because of the holidays
I expect no approvals next week.. memorial weekend and lots of staff is off.. so hopefully in 2 weeks we can start to have our cases worked on…

applying for citizenship while traveling
Hello!
I just have a question regarding applying for citizenship. July 2023 is the earliest time I can apply for it but I am planning to travel for 4 months overseas from Mid-July til Early November. Most likely after applying in July, how soon can I expect the exam/interview/oath?
Is it okay to leave the country while your citizenship is in process? Once I receive the letter for an interview, I can return. Is anyone has the same experience to share with me? Thank you #n-400 #citizenship #travel

Hi. Me and my wife both applied for EAD at the same time. She got it for 2 years whereas I got mine only for 1 year. I am the main applicant and she’s a dependent on me. Has anyone else experienced this? My lawyers have said this is an error and I should re-apply as EAD is given for 2 years.
P.S: EB1C pending application.

Recieved a courtesy letter at the end of 2022 stating my case would not require interview if I recieve an RFE letter. In Feb 2023, I recieved an RFE for i485 medical exemption. Submited and USCIS recieved my documents on April 1. It’s been almost 2 months now so I called them this morning and was told my interview was supposed to be taken place in middle of May. However, again it was delayed due to short staff. Can someone evaluate why there’s such conflicts between courtesy letter and what my case’s process ?

so my I-765 was approved so I’m able to work I have looked on ny USCIS account and it says” card is being produced” since the 22nd I’ve being seeing a lot and everyone’s else’s say “New card being produced” why doesn’t mine say that is there anything to worry about and how long will it take to get to me
