Hi. Me and my wife both applied for EAD at the same time. She got it for 2 years whereas I got mine only for 1 year. I am the main applicant and she’s a dependent on me. Has anyone else experienced this? My lawyers have said this is an error and I should re-apply as EAD is given for 2 years.
P.S: EB1C pending application.

I would simply submit a form for EAD renewal within 180 days prior to the expiration date.

ain’t nothing wrong. it can be like that however with yours u can start the process by 6 months in meaning after 6 months start renew the process cause it takes awhile
