Any Quota for AOS vs Consular processing?
it is known that 10k green cards are available for EB-3 unskilled or other categories.
is there any quota within this Quota of 10k for Adjustment of status and consular processing ?
just to verify the info that 9k is allocated for adjustment of status and 1k is for consular processing?? is it true ?

10k is for all the adjustments and consular and cap 7% each country

I believe you mean “dependent”. It does not take any slot on the employment based visa however it will take a slot on the family based visa once you petition them.
