Biometric completed and case transferred to NBC from TSC
My PD is March 2nd, 2011. After many delays and issues, we did a concurrent filing of 140 and 485 in EB3-2 in March,2023. There was a RFE for 250 which was answered and it was approved in April. 485 receipt number - March 31 Biometrics for 485 - May 4th Case was transferred to another office - May 17 Case was Transferred and new office has jurisdiction - May 18 I also had biometrics appointment on May 17th for I-765. Case is now at National Benefits Center. Is there a way to know if it'll be transferred to field office? what can I expect next? #485 #casewastransferred #nationalbenefitscenter #biometrics #decision #EB3

I am in same boat. Mar 25 filed and Apr 25 fingerprinted and Case was transferred to another office - May 24 Case was Transferred and new office has jurisdiction - May 25 I don't know where it got transferred to. Still waiting for mail

as per my understanding on my file, it will be in NBC for sorting and NBC assigns to any FO. Depends on FO, your approval speed depends.

same boat. may 2011 is PD. 485 submitted in April 2023 Biometrics in May.

Nothing since last update for me. case still at NBC. Checked with live agent and he said follow the letter of notification (of transfer from TSC to NBC).

EB3 retrogressed back to 2009. Guess I'll have to wait another decade for GC unless EB2 is current.
