employer moving for another state
Hi guys, ,my employer is moving out of state, and because I don’t want to file a i485j I decided to move with them. do you think this move can impact negatively the adjudication of the GC? because I’ll change my home address, and my labor certification was for MA and now the position will be in TX. please share your opinion with me. I have this option of staying and find another position, but I don’t want to deal with another form. share your thoughts with me please

K1 Visa 2 Year Rule in relation to COVID
Hey, so back when we filed for our k1 last year, the application was accepted about 2 weeks after last we met in person, 2 years prior. We decided to apply anyways because it wasn’t possible for us to meet due to the COVID border restrictions in Japan. I wanted some takes from others in the community because I know this could get us denied and I wanted to hear if anyone had done something similar and had any experience to share.
Keep in mind we did end up seeing each other 6 months later after the travel restrictions were lifted on where she was, which I mentioned in the petition we would do as soon as possible. We also saw each other here in the US for a few weeks, in January, but I’m not sure if anything that’s occurred after the applications submission counts.
I'm a US citizen and I'm Pregnant with high stress and anxiety
I'm a US citizen and I'm Pregnant with high stress and anxiety I have 2 letters explaining my situation, one from my doctor and 1 from my counselor
I have tried to expedite my case by calling uscis number and speaking with a live agent .
so the live agent asked me few question about case number and address and why the reason for expediting. I said I have pregnancy complications, so he said I will receive an email with the next steps about the expedite request and that was all . but the email I received said that they denied my reason for expediting ,
it is so unfair they don't even ask for the evidence I have from my doctor and counselor . this is so frustrating .
I'm 25 weeks pregnant . im a registered nurse working 12 consecutive hours , and im alone
ANY TIPS THAT CAN HELP ME ON MY SITUATION . thanks in advance
