Huge Backlog of I-601A Cases at USCIS - The Numbers. I601A
This table in the link below was recently published, and it shows the full backlog of cases being processed by USCIS. If you look at the row for I-601A cases, in the 1st quarter of 2023 (January 1 - March 31), 7,604 new I-601A applications were received. Only 1,572 cases were decided during that time. 1,304 were approved and 268 were denied. At that time, there were still a total of 127,694 backlogged I-601A cases waiting processing from then and past years, and many more applications were coming in each month than USCIS was processing. The average processing time as of March 31 was 34.3 months. This is the time it took to complete 50% of all the cases processed in the quarter.

Hey, guys just wanted to come here and say I traveled for two weeks to the Dominican Republic, and I didn’t have any problem; they only told me that I would always go to the immigration room into I get my green card. the officer was so lovely that he walk my daughter and me to the room and told me to set at one of the chairs my daughter and i were talking and talking into they called me and told me I was all set; they didn’t ask me any questions at all. Also, in case you guys ask what airport and airline it was, JetBlue JFK they all were really nice I was not nervous at all

We had some problems with the medical exam, because the clinic had used an out-of-date form so they sent us an rfe, and we answered it a few days later. Be very careful which clinic you go to for your medical studies. greetings to all and God bless you!

Changes in timeframe and now unable to change address??
it says on their website that IOE address changes should be made online on the account but since the changes I get this message in big BOLD yellow it shows
“You cannot edit your mailing address or physical address during this part of the adjudication”

Hi guys,
I have a question for the House or anyone in similar situation.
I have a pending 751 so I am considering filling for citizenship N400 online because I am 6months over due to apply for citizenship.
my question is, my wife and I have kids separately and the form is requesting attaching there birth certificate of all the kids.
Is it a must I submit the birth certificates to submit at the time of submission ???
