Next step i-130 approved / NVC / USC
Hi all,
Finally after almost a year, our i-130 application got approved. Now it’s only showing approved in the case status and didn’t say(Case transferred to NVC) when I open the approval letter, I do see they transfered the case to the NVC. My question is, did they really sent the petition to the NVC or I should wait to the case status when it’s actually saying ( Case was transferred to National Visa Center)?
I saw this status for my friend in the past and also saw it yesterday.
Any idea please?

The Uscis request for rfe for medical on Feb 3rd 2023 and my i-130 got approved on same Feb 3rd 2023 and I sent my medical on Feb 10th 2023 they received it on Feb 13th and I called uscis on March 10th they confirmed it that they recieve it and I called them again last month they call me back after 3 days and they said I need to give them more little time to receive decision and my lawyer told me last week to call them again which I did and the officer told me ny case is out of limited processing time and she help me make request since then I didn't recieve any respond again but I summited my renew work authorization on May 3rd and the send me acknowledge latter lat weeks and yesterday they ask me to go for biometric finger print appointment...based on with my i-175 work authorization...please house it's normal help...
Regarding starting the job with I-485 pending.

My EAD and I-131 has appproved on 05/04/2023 but my I-485 is pending because of immigrant visa unavailability, USCIS pauses the work on my applicatio. My PD is 04/30/2022, Country Bangladesh.
My agency (Seabreeze) says that I need to start my work as soon as possible with the sponsored company.
My question is that:
1. if I start the work and done I-9 for e verify once, and if my I-485 has denied, do I return to the F1 status again?
2. What will be better for me now? To start the work with the employer or maintain F1 status untill GC approval?
Please help me. I am little bit confused regarding my situation.

spouse moving to different state for job when I485 is pending
I am the primary and my spouse is a beneficiary of I485 application filed march of 2023. My spouse got the EAD/AP combo last week and today got a job in w different state? Is it okay for my spouse to move to different state while I still stay here?
I am worried if I updated my spouse’s coa to new and left mine same, it will impact our GC process. Any suggestions, please!?
I tried checking the status of my petition today. The case disappeared from my online account. It was there yesterday but gone now. Does anyone know why this happened and how I can fix this?
I tried re adding the case using the online acces code and the reciept number and I got an error.

Travel Document Renew
My travel document I-131 is expiring this upcoming September but my EAD I-765 is expiring in July 2024. I contacted my agent to help renew my I-131 (travel doc) but they said I can’t renew my I-131 separately and have to renew the I-131 and the I-755 together at the same time. Is that correct that I can’t renew I-131 separately ?
