wooooowww. Mine is at 406 days at the same center. Did 5 expedited in total and they just keep ignoring

@N RL seek help from your senator/congressman, an expedite through them will definitely increase the hoods of getting approved (worked for me on 1st try)

@James Rock That was my last one I did in April and they responded on May 8 to the congressman saying my case will be sent for expedite and I should receive a decision soon but that they cannot give a timeframe but I know the congressman says within 30 days they should reply so waiting patiently again

@N RL So they agreed to expedite your case? that’s great news. I mean you should get a decision soon, if not ask the congressman to send a case inquirie.

I did an expedite they approved but still no luck still waiting that was months ago back in February and I’ve done congressional requests and still no luck

@James Rock @James Rock Yes they did. I hope so because I had like 4 or more job offers go to waste because of them. They said if 30 days pass without a response then they would submit the inquiry to see what is happening.

@mount laurel New Jersey If they approved your expedite you should have your case approved. I mean at this point I would just keep calling until someone picks up the phone.

@N RL that’s great. Well if you don’t want to wait the 30 days I would just call USCIS. It’s weird because normally they approve the case soon after the expedite is approved. it’s a good thing you have your congressman helping you, it will put pressure on USCIS

Ive called so many times they said the next time I can inquire is June 13 since it’s outside normal processing times now
