i824 in NVC follow to join
hi my case is already in NVC but upon checking, my name is still included in the petition. im the principal applicant and my spouse is accompany. and they asking 325$ for each applicAnt. any body here same scenario as mine? do i still need to pay my self even if i already have a GC via change of status. any reply is very much appreciated
NVC payment
I made AOS and IV payments in late May and my case status changed to Paid after 3 days. After a week, I received an email from NVC stating that my payment was rejected. I contacted pay.gov, who confirmed my payment went through and sent me payment receipts showing both payments were settled. I forwarded the payment receipts together with the bank statement to NVC. However, I still got the same standard reply
"Thank you for your inquiry. Duplicate and rejected fee payments should be resolved by pay.gov within 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days and your bank account has not been credited for your duplicate or rejected payment, please contact pay.gov directly.
If your fee payment status shows "rejected" in the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC), you will need to log back into CEAC to repay your fees."
Even though I tried to pay again on the CEAC website, an error message pops up "there are one or more errors with your submission. please correct the areas indicated below. once completed, click the make payment button to continue: an error occurred while submitting your payment. please try again later."
I am so frustrated and don't know what I could do. Would anyone please advise please. Thanks.

Pending asylum and Employee sponsored green card
Hi All,
I need all your support please. I have a pending asylum case filed on time before my 180 days expired. After 4 years of filing asylum, my company sponsored me for Green card and have I 140 approved two weeks ago. Now, I am going to file adjustment of status (I 485). However, this approach has its challenges since pending asylum cases don't give lawful status to do adjustment.
However, I saw a post in this forum and also somewhere else (cases in 2021) where applicants got positive results going the same route. Their argument is that, their unlawful status came because USCIS didn't resolve their issues on time but not b/c of their fault.
My question is, has someone gone to this path recently? Any experience or suggestion on it?

My Son’s case was approve from Friday June 2 not sure why this have the 5TH when Lawfully was the one that send me the update of change on my case last Friday. That is when I logged in to my online account and saw the Approval Notice. Also is there anyone that has had an approval and almost a week later still no email from USCIS?

please share your timeline. I want to know if your case is sent to Kansas city and approved yet and how much time it takes if it is sent to Minneapolis office. my I-130 is at the Kansas office while I-485 is at the Minneapolis. not sure what to do to make this processing faster.
