same case status but different date
my US citizen sister is filing for our mom. Today my mom’s I-485 case status changed from “as of July 27, 2021 we are actively reviewing your case” to “as of June 7, 2023 we are actively reviewing your case” … has this happened to anyone?? it’s the same case status with a more recent date.. what does this mean? (btw her I-130 was already approved)
Weird changes on Online account
Hello fam,
usually All 4 applications show up on online account with i130 leading all of them and shows the “processing time” and “concurrent filing tag” .
But now my i765 and i131 are tagged together as concurrent filing on top and then shows the i130 and i485 are also tagged together as concurrent filing which is very weird. Did anyone notice the same?
Case transferred from FO to NBC
Any recent 485 cases transferred to NBC?
My case has been with Honolulu Field Office (not local) since Dec 2022 (got no official notice other than a random USCIS email).
Then as of 30th May 2023, my USCIS case status updated to show it’s been transferred. Physical notice received too, that it’s now with NBC.
Weird that it’s gone from a non-local FO to the NBC, but I guess any movement is positive?

Termination of removal proceedings
Twices I had written to the Judge to terminate my removal proceedings, to allow me complete my pending application with USCIS, i130 & i485 twice I was denied, First denial, the Judge said she does not have the power to "unilateral terminate removal proceedings" after 8 months I came up with evidence that she has the power to terminate, she went silent on it and still denied the motion. master calendar date is in September, Please I'm looking for a very good lawyer with office in Houston Texas, recommendations from those who got their proceedings terminated by their lawyers will be highly appreciated. thanks.
I-485 expedite request
Hello house.
My passport has expired and I can’t renew it without a green card. Government of my country not allowed any renewal outside of the country. Anybody here has any knowledge about expedite request? Can I submit an expedite request based on passport expiration?

good day my green card status said card is produced. then on my online account it says card is produced case closed I taught they would have tell you that they mail out the card with a tracking number or they don’t do that for green cards anyone with the same issue or know please let me know thank you
HELP ! "I submitted an expedite request to the NVC via email!"
I just submitted an expedite request trough email to the NVCExpedite@state.gov
it should be highlighted that I submitted (I130 petition for alien relative ) on April 6 2023
because I find myself 26 weeks pregnant and Im alone with a lot of stress
I have letters from my doctor and counselor so I need my husband here as soon as possible
The thing is, when I sent the email requesting expedited processing to the NVC they sent me an email saying this,,,

is it because I shouldn't have sent my request through email
I heard people sending expedite request to this NVC email
so I did the same .
If anyone know why the NVC email said that, please let me know in the comment

Medical RFE
Hi everyone. I got a deficiency letter about medical September 2022, stating to WAIT for an RFE for medical paperwork and it's June 2023 and I still have not received it. Anyone going through the same? I got everything done right away thinking it would be faster.
