I been seeing that for a few days now

hey @abdul khan , did you expedite for anything? I expedited i765 a month ago and I started to see this weird change since today.

it happens once in a while when I see the I-765 on top

I just checked and yes, mine does the same I-765 and I-131 concurrent (and I’ve already got my EAD) on the top and the rest in the bottom, also the processing time dropped from 9 months to 2 months for the I-130

@Ous B mine says ‘your case isntaking longer than expected’

@Ous B that makes sense that yours show together bc you already got them. is that EAD or Combo card?

@Vee V sorry to hear that, I got only the EAD not the combo! but do you know what’s the meaning of this? because I don’t want to have my hopes up when I see two months and then it will jump to 10 or more!

@Ous B not sure how consistent and accurate is processing time. mine went down to 3 months and spiked back to 7 months. it went to 5 months and received an RFE, after rfe submission it says that it is longer than expected

my i765 and i131 are tagged together and I received a combo bard :)

@Ous B I consider the processing time is to hold our patience and will guide us when to reach them for ‘expedite’ or ‘out of processing times’ .
