US citizen filing for brother
I have received an approval notice for my I-130 today which obviously a surprise since it seems too good to be true considering it has only been 5 months. But it says I have missed stating that if my brother is in or outside the US. Now I need to file a form I-824.
But is it even possible to get that approval notice that soon? or is it normal and there will be a long wait after that? What do you guys think?

how long do pending security checks take ?
USCIS told me my case has been delayed due to pending security checks and they are waiting for the results. I feel super drained. did they just request them and I have to wait a year for the results ? this is so draining… I’m truly tired

Case re-opened
We had to reschedule our interview last year so I-485 was denied of course because we didn’t attend interview. I got letter in mail later that rescheduling was approved and new interview date will be scheduled. I applied for Vawa meanwhile and sent new I-485. Yesterday my old I-485 changed status from “case denied” to “case being actively reviewed” so they re-opened my old case. What does it mean for my AP? Is it valid still? Can I travel?
