To try expediting should I not maintain my F1 status?
I am on F1 opt right now and on the verge of applying for STEM extension right now. As I am trying to get new job I am waiting on my Gc EAD since every other recruiter is only looking for GC. So my question is to try expediting should I stop maintaining my f1 status and wait for my gc ead ? Since I have to now apply for STEM extension too now.

Once RFE is received how long will approval take..?
I got a RFE notification on this app on Apr 27, then on May 3rd I got the letter detailing RFE was for medical exam then proceed to take the exam, get results and send them out to them on May 12th and got a notification about RFE was received on May 17. After that Is there any timeframe to get a final decision from USCIS about my I-485..?

case moved to local FO…then didn’t?
hi guys!! I talked with Emma two days ago and she said my case had finally moved from NBC to my local field office and is pending there after waiting over 250 days… I talked to Emma/another agent yesterday to ask when it was moved and he said it was still at NBC. I’m so confused, who do I believe? the first person must have seen that it got moved somewhere to say it’s at my local FO? anyone else been in this situation?
