@Melody Chu my pd is 10/2020 and it sucks . I can’t dare to go visit my country as well. really so fed up waiting on that .

I will be going next Monday, haven't been bk since 2018. my lawyer says it's ok to travel so I am going in faith.

@Tanya CB i have my travel permit but decided not to go as there is %1 risk . i have waited thT much I don’t want any trouble but everyone is different. it might be wrong idea

same with me @Tanya. I have my AP since September 2022 but was afraid. my lawyer just told me that I can use it but not more than 2 weeks. so am going with faith too

@Bless Aka their isn’t any rule for 2 weeks only. My friend literally stayed for a month and came back without any trouble. they will do some interrogation but if you have done nothing illegal then it is completely safe

I took 4 weeks as well by AP. It’s depend on case by case. anyway, they asked me nothing when I entered at SFO

I do not understand. so how comes they are at January, 2020 and your pd is 2019. shouldn't you have gotten your Green Card? I thought that's how it is.

2019 pd still waiting is enough to show you how inept USCIS is... complicating really straightforward things.... almost like it's a deliberate sabotage

@Ale Orlando have you considered contacting your congressman or maybe submitting a service request since your case may be out of processing time?

@jjw A I contacted the congressman many times but he said he can only request status update but not make it go quicker. USCIS says it will be out of process time after July 28 😒
