Hello! Im so confused. Can please someone explain to me how VISA BULLETIN works? Thank you. I am permanent resident and apply I130 for my spouse last April 2022, but still no decision yet from the USCIS.

hi, my husband ( green card holder )applied for me in September 1, 2022 and we’re Also Waiting… according to visa bulletin, now are Being processed cases with priority date before September 8, 2020. The date has not changed for 3 months alteady😔 can i ask you What service center is processing your case?

That it means it will take longer for the decision in USCIS? our service center is California. I am getting my husband from the Philippines.
