I finally got the congress person to reach out about my case. it’s out of processing times
I’m hoping they will be able to push my case through for decision. has anyone had luck with this?
they didn’t make it seem like they could do anything but inquire on what’s going on, which I have already done and been told it’s due to workload factors that adjudicating my case is delayed. I was hoping it does more than that 🤞🏼anyone been through this?
Denied Employment with valid EAD
hi everyone! just circling back to see if anyone had any luck finding employment in the aviation industry with only EAD? I have an unexpired foreign passport and B2 visa so travel is of no issue to me. I recently got my EAD approved and happily applied to a few regional airlines [just to keep INT’L travel to a minimum.]
I was able to pass all the online interviews for Flight Attendant positions, but today - I traveled all the way to another state for a F2F interview only for them to reject me because I do not have a Green Card. I thought EAD has no limitations? Please leave your thoughts and any advice helps. Thank you!
