I’m in exactly the same boat 😢.. USCIS says my case has been delayed due to pending background check. I was told expect another year of wait for the background checks. any cases pending cases that take over the regular processing time then expect another year of wait unfortunately.. I’ve done so much research and some cases took years.. I’m not sure what to do myself at this point..
