I765 Approcal
I am awaiting I765 approval. My PD is 29 Dec 2022, I-140 approved on 21st Mar and since then I am awaiting EAD/ I 765 approval. It is with NBC. Anyone having similar issue or guidance on timeline.

nowadays majority of cases takes 5 months after the 485 filing or 3 months after biometrics to get EAD.
mine 485 filed in Dec-22 EAD approved in May 12th. (My pd Nov-22)

my PD Oct 22. EAD/ AP/ i140 approved. case transferred to a FO, waiting…won’t hear until there’s movement in FAD and it becomes current…

@ss dachavaram there’s talk of further retrogression in telegram…let’s hope that the FAD advances in the next 2-3 bulletins.
