EB1-C Case transferred twice
Hello All,
my case was transferred from the NVC to Nebraska. Then 1 month later transferred back. Did anyone had this experience?
Case EB1C, filled concurrently, Current Date, biometrics appointment and Medical all done.
One more question: how precise is the date on the Lawfully App? it says I may hear an answer in 30 days.

hello guys my joint sponsor made more than the poverty guideline income requirement but some of her w2s came after she had file her taxes for the most recent year which was like 80 $short on the tax return transcript
,but then she gave me all the W2s which shows she made way much more ,will an officer accept or consider that at the time of an interview will I be able to explain or it will be a problem?

My spouse's AP was filed concurrently with I485 and I130. Now AP #I131 has expired and USCIS hasn't sent any extension. We contacted them and they asked us to refile I131. Any suggestion ?

I485 and I130 are pending after around ~16 months. Last we submitted RFE in February and since then it has been 5 months.

i485 and i601 Denied.
This is really frustrating. I130 was approved Dec. 2022 got an RFE for i485 and I had to file i601 3 months ago but today but i485 and i601 was denied. Checked on i130 and still approved. I am confused and don’t know what to do. Still waiting to get the notice in the mail to see why they denied both. Please any advice?
