@viora Chimphonda Friend Do you know how long it took USCIS to acknowledge your submitted RFE? I have submitted mine almost a month and it has not been included into my application when I asked an online agent

no status changed for me after rfe submission. it's been 6 weeks

@viora Chimphonda Friend so in 4 weeks you case approved? or in 4 weeks the status changed to "RFE received "?

I submitted mine on March 29 and only got the approval yesterday, June 20 (through LA field office. So yeah it can take up to 3 months but you’re on the home stretch.

@J C did your status changed to "rfe response received" or something like that after u submitted the medicals? or no updated and direct approval after 3 months?

u guys r lucky, my status doesn’t show anything about rfe, even doesnt show they sent one. I sent back rfe response as well few days back

@Immi Iz yes, status changed to “correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it” just about a week after i mailed it.
