form, evidence, drop down menu disappeared
Since Friday when I log into my account all options are gone! can’t see the I-130 form or evidence anymore. drop down menu with estimated time left is gone! only my info left and that I filed an I-130 with the receipt number still shows. anyone experienced this before?
Nothing yet, sent rfe for Sponsor and medical and it’s been nothing since then. Not even EAD just complete silence.

can you bring your phone at the interview?
Also can the officer ask you to show him? And if you say yes could they open every picture and every app? I am curiose because in the uscis website they say phone are not allowed. But at the same time I heard people being asked for the phone during marriage interview

i need help with my Advance Parole renewal which is set to expire in 130 days. Can someone help me with what are the documents required. I heard copy of valid I-131, 2 pp photos, copy of I -485, copy if latest I - 194, copy of passport(bio), copy of recent EAD. Is there anything ?

I have this app and the app case tracker to let me know about my case it was approved las week Wednesday and sent to NVC Monday I paid the 2 fees already and now I have to fill out form DS-260… my question is my attorney has not reached out I have sent several email should I be worried? #alexgalvez

Hello everyone,
Does anyone have the same experience to share with me? I have sent a request to NVC regarding the expediting of my son's case. However, they sent me this email:
"To Whom it Concerns,
We cannot expedite the processing of your petition, because there is no visa number currently available.
The petition's priority date determines when a visa number is available for the principal applicant. The priority date is the date when the petition was:
· Filed at a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) office, or
· Submitted to a U.S. Embassy or Consulate General abroad.
· (For employment-based petitions) The date the labor certification application was received by the Department of Labor (DOL).
For more information about which priority dates are ready for processing, you can:
· Call the Department of State's pre-recorded cut-off date announcement at (202) 485-7699.
· Visit the Department of State's online Visa Bulletin at https://usvisas.state.gov/visabulletin.
Please note that only the U.S. Embassy or Consulate has the ability to approve or deny expedite requests. The applicant should not make any firm plans, such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time."
what does it mean? Is it mean that I can send my request to the embassy?

8 years ago my father sponsored my married sister and her daughter and they said it will take about 10 years because she's married and she's over 21 years old, so my Dad closed her case and now she has three girls, My question is, Can he reopen her case now and add her daughters to her previous case or open a new case?!
