I-765 and I-131 were just denied due to ‘already receiving the status or benefits’
i have no status or benefits and my current I-765 (opt) expires in 30 days…. does anyone know what this could mean? am going crazy waiting for denial notice

You’ve probably been approved for actual green card so they’ve closed the 131 and 765. Check your accounts!!!

I’m on the same boat. someone told me this is an issue with USCIS, the process that produces the green card was never kicked off. but I’m not 100% sure this is the case, I have my lawyer looking for answers. don’t try contacting USCIS on your own, it’s a dead end
