Difference b/w Emergency AP and Expedited AP
Hi,
Are these two different? Mine is 500+ days old and I need to travel for my work & health issue in a month. I ask bc Im not sure which one I should apply.

hey so I applied to expedite my AP recently and it was approved very quickly. I received the document today. it’s valid for one year and it’s multiple entry’s. I strongly recommend that you call USCIS & Speak to an agent. @J J

hey, what was your reason for requesting it to be expedited? what documentation did you send?

Hi @K 🇹🇹 Thank you for your reply. I've called USCIS but I couldnt talk to a live agent (Emma wasnt helpful even though we were connected to a live agent). What am I supposed to say to talk to an agent to explain that I have a medical reason to travel? Thank you.
