i485 and i601 Denied.
This is really frustrating. I130 was approved Dec. 2022 got an RFE for i485 and I had to file i601 3 months ago but today but i485 and i601 was denied. Checked on i130 and still approved. I am confused and don’t know what to do. Still waiting to get the notice in the mail to see why they denied both. Please any advice?

you need to do a foia to determine all the inadmissibility. then think of multiple hardships and organize them and collect evidence. there is a good book on it but it is in spanish

@ Kat xx. It was my lawyer that filed in i601 for me and it was because they said the signature on my affidavit of support is different from the real signature .
