I-130 was approved fast, still waiting on the decision for the I-485, after being interviewed twice and submitting every document possible, there is nothing else to do but wait and ask for updates from USCIS every other month.

I’m confused
since I got my AP , I have went all over the net looking for bad experiences as well the good ones , but I haven’t heard of anyone have been denied re-entry or knowing someone, the only thing I have heard it’s that sometimes CBP can be a little hard , someone have heard something such as a “bad” experience?
green card delivery
My green card is saying produced but with no tracking number! I was able to Chat with a live agent by using Emma and they were able to give me my tracking number. The card was produced on the 6th and was delivered to my lawyers office on the 8th. Due to him being out of town I haven’t been able pick it up! If you ever see PRODUCE that means it’s going to be delivered so ask Emma or a live agent for the tracking number
can you be approved without an interview if you are doing counsellor processing
let’s say my I-130 gets approved and sent off to the counsel late overseas. are they now giving the immigrant visa without an interview? or that’s only for people already in the US? I’m assuming you still need to give give your passport or something but I keep seeing people approved without an interview so I’m confused how..

attorney problems
hi everybody,
in 2019 I got and attorney to start a green card process, my attorney recommended me to apply for a Vawa because of my previous marriage (at that time my husband). it took 2 yeas to apply to Vawa because she said it wasn’t the right time and she wanted to have a good case , at the time I agree with her but never though I was going to take that long , after pushing and getting frustrated, she finally file in 2022, I paid my attorney to represent me with that case and my removal order. I started paying her but after no having any income, I asked her if I could pay when my work permit was aprove.
at the moment she only has apply for I-360 and I have been waiting for a year and 2 months, she never apply for a work permit and haven’t done anything in my removal case because she said she waiting for my I-360 approval. every time I want to speak to her a need to wait for weeks sometimes a few months, she always said she was working in other cases.
long story short , now she wants to drop my case and wants to refer me to non profit attorney , and said that she can’t refund me because she work on my case.
what should I do?
