What is the timeframe for approval for case
Hi family, not sure what is happening, spoke to an agent about 2 weeks ago and they told me my case is with an officer it reaches jurisdiction stage. Questiin here I am just wondering how long will this take for them to do anything? Would be very grateful if someone who went through the same situation shine some light here for me.

Today, I woke up extremely happy!! As of yesterday they approved my employment authorization. Case status wasnt changed yet. I found approval notice under documents tab. I was screaming around and made my husband scared lol. 😀 EAD was soo important for me because we bought a house through mortgage. I sent a post here about expediting. But some ppl were like “it is early they will deny blablabla”. dont listen to anybody. Everyone’s case is different. I did expedited request through Emma. 2 days later, they asked additional information via email. I sent evidences after 3 days of request. I didnt send any job letter or job offer. I sent papers showing my chronic medical condition and prescriptions, joint credit card debts, mortgage, utilities of new home, bills of my own and a cover letter dedicated to adjudicating officer.
P.S. I had SSN since 2014 by previous work and travel program.
Also, my husband talked to Senator on the phone like 45 min. He talked to them last month also to get information about expediting. All the staff including Congressman were superb helpful. I read a lot of good comments about republican Senators and that is so true!

hello! my I-130 has been approved a year ago, I got the notice of action. I did not file I-485 with I-130. i didn't receive anything regarding an interview or that they need more paperwork. i will be filing everything else within this month, but on the online account it shows as "case closed" does that mean the approval od I-130, or did they completely closed my case and I can't submit any other paperwork? I'm so confused, and USCIS's phone number is not letting me talk to a live agent. please help me out🥺
🔴NVC / TAX Requirements help !!
hi everyone, I have couple of questions regarding the TAX requirements when it comes to the NVC stage.
My Sponsor is meeting the minimum requirement for their income for the last year (most recent one) , but not for the the other past years .. I know they require to submit the tax return for the most recent year (1year) and 2nd, 3rd years are OPTIONAL …
➡️ Is it fine to just submit 1 Year? has anyone else done this before?
➡️ If doing monthly payments to the IRS for the past year/s .. is it required to submit proof of payment activity (Monthly payments)?

decision rendering
I got a RFE after I got my medical RFE for something I already sent them!! I sent it and it got to the field office 6/14 ( I even had someone sign for it ) but it still hasn’t updated in my online account they got it. when I called today to check they said to give it some more time to update, and they also said it says once they receive it the decision will be rendered. does this mean I’ll have a decision soon, I’m almost at 2 years of waiting for my I-485 😭

I had my interview on June 15th and everything went well the consul told me to come back the next day to take my passport and visa the next day I went and they tell me that the visa is not yet printed in the passport to return on June 23... arrived at home I check the status of my case and it is written in administrative processing... I would like to know if this is normal

#USCIS they are playing game with us now they are people that are waiting since February to get the approval nothing ever happen when you called them all they say is we see that you call before and we advise you to wait
