my I-30 was approved and they send it to the department of the state on June 15th, I haven’t received nothing yet.

Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer. @Jos Ro i checked the NVC case creation timeline and it got updated until June 8th. So, lets keep waiting until this week. Next monday, we will see what happens

@Jos Ro why is vermont center people getting fast nvc case #!!!! do you have a lawyer? if you do, can you please ask them?

@Yogi P I'm Vermont Center too and nothing I think everything depends. However, I thought spouses of U.S citizens are the priority and in the first category to get everything fast.

@Yogi P Today, I contacted USCIS they just told me to wait a maximum of 45 days. If after that I don’t receive the letter I have to call again.

@Jos Ro Current case creation time frame: As of 10-Jul-23, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 8-Jun-23.

@Jos Ro wow.. they are really backed logged.. lol it didnt move a single day from previous update. So, it seems like they are working our cases this week.

@Jos Ro u know funny thing is, i had called USCIS on Friday and i asked them about my case and told my concern.. not sure if that helped but you can try calling them and do samething.

@Yogi P nothing, I called USCIS yesterday and they told me they already sent the case to NVC to wait at least 90 days. 😭

@Yogi P I see that I can only submit DS-260, the affidavit, and I-864. I think the civic documents are after I submitted them, right?
