EAD/ Combo Card was sent to my old address, even though I changed my address and received a confirmation and I even spoke to a live agent confirming that it will be sent to my new address.
USCIS just recently approved and produced my EAD/ Combo card. even though I changed it prior to moving. i received confirmation from both USPS and USCIS for change of address and I even spoke to a live agent and confirmed that it will be sent to my new address, so why would USCIS still send my Combo Card to my old address? now, it got sent back. I called USPS and tried to intervene but it was already sent. I also sent an Egov request thru USCIS but what other steps can I do for a faster redelivery of my EAD/ Combo Card?

How do I move case from EOIR TO USCIS?
Can someone help me figure out how to transfer my case to USCIS. I came in as a minor on an asylum. I got married to my wife(USC). filed i30, after approved I then filed i485, i485 has been stuck for 861 days now. still says fingerprint been taken for the past 2 years. my asylum has been terminated, I booked an info pass and submitted it to USCIS, still nothing. I received RFE EARLIER THIS YEAR. Emma still tell me they have no jurisdiction over my case.
AP travel for tourism
Is it possible to submit I-131 if you can't prove the travel is absolutely necessary? It would be to my home country, but for vacation.
I don't think I would have trouble at a port of entry but I'm wondering if it's even worth paying the fee to apply for AP if it's not an emergency.

I130 approved but I485 still actively review, US Citizen filing for parents, concurrent filing
I am a U.S. citizen filing concurrent I130 & I485 for my parents. My mom’s I130 and I485 was approved about the same time. Dad’s I130 was approved same day as mom but I485 is still in actively review. it’s been a month. Anyone else in the same boat where I130 was approved but no movement on I485 when you filed concurrently? What caused the delay in your experience?
