USCIS receive my application December 20 2021 may 2022 I receive work permit and avancé parole 2PF and still waiting

I agree with @RauL Y . Tom cruse , it is not the norm and it shouldn't be for others, you filed in 2018, you are out of processing times, and your lawyer should have taken up the follow up process. or you should have sent in enquiries on why your case is delayed. processing time for vawa is 34 months. . Everybody must not wait like yours is delayed. kindly follow-up @Tom Cruse to get your approval. Wishing you divine intervention and luck

You could be right @Tom Cruse. but as far as I know any case which has all the required documents and everything is normal with the case usually gets approved on 2 years mark. Hopefully we all get our approval keep the chat going with new and up to date information so we all have some ideas what's going on and when to accept our approved. Everyone post your filling month and year if fell comfortable. I will get you guys posted current PFD will expire in oct.

Hi all ! I am turning to 31 months waiting time , God knows , how I am passing these stressful time , nothing change to make me at least happy. still showing case was received on Dec21/22. I lost my patience.😔😔😔

@God’s favorite I already had a ssn but i still don't physically have the ead. It said we ordered you a new card and then case was approved. I'm not sure how long should it be before I get it. my lawyer says it shouldn't take more than 6 weeks. But also my friend got hers and it took 7 days to get delivered after they approved

my case was received in jan 2021 I had a lot of evidence and I’m still waiting

@VAWA FEB2022 I’m Feb 22 too. Currently in 2nd PF will expire in this Oct. Nothing yet besides I-360 updated “Correspondence received and USCIS is reviewing it” in Jan. I just sent EAD renewal request 3 months ago.

hello, i applied feb 2022 and around march of this year i got my work permit, now it says something about my fingerprints and idk whats next.

@Rachel N Yes, we are in the same timeline I am also on my 2nd PFD which expire in Oct. My EAD will expires 2024 so I will send the renewal in January. Keep in touch so will update each other about the case progress. My I-360 says the same from beginning " Fees were waiver" no update. Did your said something different in the beginning?

@Tania Fierro if you have your EAD then just wait. They sometimes don't update online every step.

@Tania Fierro just wait like everyone else for an approval of your I-360. keep renewing your EAD 6 months before they expire. Keep checking your status online on USCIS website once a while. Keep us updated here if anything changes.

@Tania Fierro a prima facie is like an acknowledgement USCIS sends you to know they received everything from you that is needed to qualify for vawa. it does not mean you qualify vawa though. it can be used to qualify for some benefits depending on the state you live in.

I received a notification June 21 that they received my expedition document and the officer is reviewing it im praying 🙏🏽 I’m January 2022
