How do I move case from EOIR TO USCIS?
Can someone help me figure out how to transfer my case to USCIS. I came in as a minor on an asylum. I got married to my wife(USC). filed i30, after approved I then filed i485, i485 has been stuck for 861 days now. still says fingerprint been taken for the past 2 years. my asylum has been terminated, I booked an info pass and submitted it to USCIS, still nothing. I received RFE EARLIER THIS YEAR. Emma still tell me they have no jurisdiction over my case.

Yes, I did have court. but, it was terminated after i30 approved

I’m in similar boat, but my case moved to local USCIS from Texas about 4 month ago. now it’s stuck at background check

why did you not ask judge to approve your I-485?
