trying to understand the same, mine was approved (married with a U.S. citizen) I130 approved on may 8th and also I485 same day, my son’s I130 approved on may 8th as mine but I485 actively being reviewed since may 7th, so frustrating don’t know what’s going on. contacted uscis they said everything is normal and under processing times

yes, it was concurrent filling. Not sure if was as dependent, I called uscis and they said although it was sent both (mine and my son’s application) together, it’s processed separately

do you know what FO your application is located? what service center sent the I130 approval notice? my father’s was Nebraska and my mom’s came from Vermont. If your son had a separate I130 and I485, applied through your husband, then his application is separate from you.

Yes, it’s separate then. National benefit center and now in West Palm Beach FO

when did you apply for your parents? my priority date is jan 3rd but its still being actively reviewed for both I130 and I485

@sunny moon no. concurrent filing is only for beneficiaries already in the US

I've been waiting since May 2021. 485 still in review. Got employment card and adv. parole on April this year.
