hoping for the worst is really helping. after I lost hope my anxiety went away

It wont happen automatically. we will have to rise up and say, ‘we don’t care how hard this is, we don’t care how disappointed we are, we’re not going to let this get the best of us. we’re moving on with our life… I checked this app less than before.. I checked the online account once a week and this is what encouraged me to do something else

@roro April 2022 exactly just pray and don’t pay too much attention to this app! honestly speaking seeing people get approved in less than two months pushed me to the wall, made me think something is wrong with my case, I don’t give a fuck anymore if the lawsuit works, I will encourage everyone to take that route

@slim RK I don’t want you to get depressed after what I’m going to say.. ( my lawyer showed me 8 lawsuits against uscis for his clients been sitting there more than 8 months) the officers working on the case requested an extension from the judge for 2 months and the judge give 6 months… the reason was the backlogs they have .. expecte everything even with the lawsuit my lawyer did show me that because I was insisting to file the lawsuit and he’s against it right now

@roro April 2022 if they asked me for more specified time, I wouldn’t mind waiting because I will be sure they would respect the judge! it’s better than waiting for something u have no idea about

what a joke, a lot of cases got approved within few months after applying and they are talking about too many backlog. like wtf???? anyways, Emma was extremely helpful saying all I need to do is wait yea say that to your dying family Emma

yeah is been a long road for us, too about 5 years we start and nothing yet good luck to everyone soon will be our turn
