I-765 EAD IS APPROVED!!! 80 Days!!! EXPEDITED!!!
Heyyoo fellas!!!
Today, I woke up extremely happy!! As of yesterday they approved my employment authorization. Case status wasnt changed yet. I found approval notice under documents tab. I was screaming around and made my husband scared lol. 😀 EAD was soo important for me because we bought a house through mortgage. I sent a post here about expediting. But some ppl were like “it is early they will deny blablabla”. dont listen to anybody. Everyone’s case is different. I did expedited request through Emma. 2 days later, they asked additional information via email. I sent evidences after 3 days of request. I didnt send any job letter or job offer. I sent papers showing my chronic medical condition and prescriptions, joint credit card debts, mortgage, utilities of new home, bills of my own and a cover letter dedicated to adjudicating officer.
P.S. I had SSN since 2014 by previous work and travel program.
Also, my husband talked to Senator on the phone like 45 min. He talked to them last month also to get information about expediting. All the staff including Congressman were superb helpful. I read a lot of good comments about republican Senators and that is so true!
Today is my day!! 🥳🥳

@Ed Bektaş teşekkür ederiiimmm @K 🇹🇹 I know right? I got a friend here, she waited like 8 months just for ead. She didnt do anything. I guess if you are proactive, you win!

@Resul Gundogdu teşekkür ederimm 🥳@A G thank youuu! I faxed the documents via HumbleFax. Also, I used my husband’s fax machine in his workplace. I send it like 3 times lol. It was 35 pages. And we called Congressman to help about inquiry. And then, 5th day of the calling, I saw approval notice this morning Even though congressman told us to wait 2-3 weeks. It was fast!!

@Fulya TR I tried expediting early as well didn't work I try months after still didn't work.. So did the senators do the expedite request or they just follow up for u?

@Michael Cliff Nope, I have I-485 pending. Mine is marriage based greencard. Yes, sometimes they are approving EAD before your greencard. But once your greencard (I-485) approved, then you will not need that EAD card. And yes, they approved Ead while they are still processing my I-485.

@Empress yess!! I sent them privacy release form that they asked me to fill and sign. By that way they can follow up your expedited request. But firstly, they gave information about what we can do or what will the consequences be after expedite. I see a lot of ppl get approved by the help of congressman. Hope that helps. Good luck.

@Michael Cliff go to website called “house.gov” and type your zip code and it will show your regional Congressman. You can check their website also then you can find agency help from them.

@Not Found case status is changed to ‘card was produced’ today. I guess it will take 5 days to get card.
